Live 4 Help Foundation (L4H) processes all sponsorships, donations, volunteer and member registrations in a highly transparent and secure manner. Contributions are strictly voluntary, and once a donation is made, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
In cases of genuine duplicate transfers or errors in transaction processing, the donor must contact the foundation office via email at live4help.org@gmail.com within 7 working days. The board will review bank logs and process refunds back to the originating bank account within 10-15 business days.
